I got a short sell house, seller is willing to pay me 3% for closing cost. But the loan said the I can only get 2% because it is a rental house and Fandi Mac said that maximum I can get is 2%, doesn't matter what the seller agree to pay. Is that right? house will close this afternoon, they just make me to pay 3000 more, 5555.
Urgent help!
