US的property tax可是夠嚇人的

市場價的2%，WTH！

45%的稅率隻使用於公司的投資收入，小公司（50萬revenue）的生意收入的稅率隻有15%或以下。即使個人的稅率，經過這麽多年的減稅，應該至少不比US的高了。
