1) One more bed, one more bath means more growth potentials
2) Good school means better community
3) "prime location with shopping malls, grocery stores and restaurants" is not a prime location for mid-class people. Those things attracts low-income people better.
4) Don't believe in the "more beds = more people = more trouble" theory. The formula is wrong, because:
a) More bedrooms does NOT bring more people to the house.
b) More people does NOT mean more trouble, unless those "people" do NOT belong to the same family. If it's one family, it makes no difference between 3 people or 4 people. For troublemakers, one is more than enough.
