1. 3 bed 3.5 bath, 2200 sqrt, built in 2003. good schools
2. 2 bed 2.5 bath, 1500 sqrt, built in 2006. fair schools, but prime location with shopping malls, grocery stores and resturants.
both of these townhomes will have similar price, rent, and cap rate. Which one is a better choice? I like the first one because it is larger, but second one means fewer people live in and less trouble?
Can you share your thoughts which one you would choose for a rental property? Thanks.
