租房必要條件，一是收入，二是信用。千萬不能心軟。

剛剛查了一個人的信用--

開始申請，不肯給現在地址。給的是郵箱。

當然，沒有現在地址，決不批準。你不可能住在郵箱裏麵。

給了地址，明顯不是現在的地址。

一查信用，WOW。 變著法子騙人。名子好幾個。

去年剛剛被驅逐過，現在還欠著前房東的錢。現在的地址果然和信用報告上的不同。

6個討債記錄。9個帳戶不按時付款。

所以，奉勸大家租房，一定要查信用。否則倒黴的事你。
