10萬的房子約1000-1500SQF，租金基本0.75%左右，運氣好也就0.85%。800-1200/月。地稅1%。2400物業也就是200/月，合理。

誰TNND能租2000/月，請上傳他們的電話，我付他30% 傭金。

Vegas房子2000年前的算老房子，Plumbing極可能出問題。當地水是硬水，Cumulation.

08,09 年這樣的房子就賣7萬左右。現下俺就不知道了。
