If only counting on cash flow, $15k rental income vs $30k rental income is not a big deal difference. However, if count appreciation, $300k vs $600k means much bigger difference.

理論指導行動。有了這個認識,我才會想多買。否折,何必費拉筋學房地產?

當然,下一步,就看怎麽操作了。是否大家認為10% cash flow hard to achieve? or 6 houses are hard to get? What if I have $300k already, and I don't have issue to get $600k loan?
