我年初買了個shortsale的房子，repair cost 大概要10k，seller

要給我們credit，我要求reduce price這樣我可以少交點地稅，他們都答應。

我推測你的seller小氣，覺得這樣便宜了你們，其實寫給誰不是給了，如果你堅持，他們會讓步的。
