一事未平，另一事又來了

一個房子在空著，另外一個房客又要開始麻煩了。

這個房客的冰箱不夠冷，我請朋友去了兩次，修不了。昨天他的空調也不工作了，朋友一個小時之內馬上把空調修好了。同時，也請人修了冰箱（從craigslist找到的），結果也沒有修好，房客今天來了email, 說：

第一，7天內修好冰箱，或者買新的

第二，賠償他的時間，額外的電費，和損壞的食物，200美元。因為修了三次，他說很不高興。

修冰箱的時候，他老婆在家，我也在，他不放心，從公司回來，我告訴他，你可以回去上班的。可是他自己堅持在家陪老婆。

我也不想把房客關係弄僵，因為換房客實在太麻煩了，並且換房客一般要空一個月。

大夥有什麽好主意嗎？怎麽回複他？

This has now been a two week issue which has cost us not only the use of our primary fridge, but has cost us several food items, an increased power bill due to using the fridge in the garage (他有一個備用的在車庫) more than planned, and a serious amount of time in inconveniece as well as time taken away from my job to deal with this repair.

I am very unhappy with this situation as it has played out thus far. I would like to propose the following remedies:

_1 The current fridge is repaired or replaced within the next 7 days.  

_2 To compensate me for time and food lost rent is reduced by $200 for the next month
