拉斯維加斯 Tile的 Shower 漏水及修理

我在Vegas有一Condo. 二樓的 tiled shower 因為grout missing 滲水到樓下把樓下地板都弄濕了。找一老美公司，說要全部重做，價3200。

1。能不能 re-grout? 覺得漏水是grout 缺失，補上是不是就齊了? 可老美說要重新做tile 後麵的防水。

2。重做一個shower 要多少錢？3200 靠譜嗎？

3。有沒有LV 的同學推薦一個contractor? 我不在 LV.
