你直接給他一個itemized deductions，把清潔費，late fee，也算進去不就完了。

要快，很多州有規定，房東必須在21-30天之內歸還房客的deposit，如果扣了，也要給一個itemized deductions。

別耽誤了，否則你有理也變沒理。
