首先聲明一下，是誠心請教，不是來挑釁的。

我認為你之所以能對那個section8那麽嚴格，完全是因為她有把柄抓在你手裏，她需要well behaved to keep her section8 status. 如果不是section8，又沒有credit（窮人區裏的人應該都沒有credit吧），他們不付你房租也不會失去什麽。如果碰到與lease相悖的情況，你會怎樣處理？
