昨日一帖，引來許多爭議,

見仁見智，都一一謝過。地主不易，最難的是與房客打交道。這隻是俺的一個普通案例。最後的結果是皆大歡喜。俺不認為窮人卑下，歧視他們。他們之所以窮，一個毛病就是缺乏責任心。作地主要負起地主的責任，做房客也要遵守房客的規矩。俺感覺地主與房客都有磨合的過程。一個經過了這個過程的房客會是一個很好的房客。俺也是入道不久，摸索學習，有時間會寫下俺的點滴經驗，來這裏交流。
