你們手上的專利真能賣錢嗎？

我以前也在很多大公司工作過，如果申請專利，雖然有發明人的名字，但是專利所有權是100%屬於公司的。以後這個專利和我是沒有關係的。如果公司轉讓這個專利，我是一分錢也撈不到的。

所以我的做法是概不申請專利。寧可寫文章發表，也不去申請專利。因為一旦申請專利，就屬於公司的了。以後我跳槽去別的公司，也不能再用，那不是自己給自己下藥嗎？
