想快速賣，兩種辦法

1.價格低到甩手價。

2.修整後上市賣。

如果有時間，精力，我會選2。

google就可以找到很好的經紀，找附近2-3個，電話上麵試一下，讓他們做估價和修繕的計劃，很容易看出誰好誰壞的。
