advice needed: how to sell a trashed house quickly?

Your advice is appreciated. My hu*****and has a house in TN. The lot is 9 acres. The house itself is about 40 years old, big, and includes a swimming pool. We live in Canada while the house is in TN, the States. My parents-in-law used to live there and took good care of the house until my mother-in-law passed away a couple of years ago.About half a year ago, my father-in-law passed away; my brother-in-law trashed the house and then moved away. We can't go there due to my hu*****and's current health problem. What is the quick way to sell this house? How to find a real estate agent to sell the house?
