空調壞了(13年了)，可能得要replace, 想問問大家的意見

 想問問大家哪個牌子得空調比較好, 看到有好多選擇如 Carrier, Rheem, Lennox, Goodman..., 我都暈了。

還有我在Northern Virginia, 有沒有好的contractor推薦，不知道找HomeDepot, Sears 或者是Lowes 做replace好不好。謝謝大家。

最近真是慘透了，因為Storm停電，剛通上電，空調又壞了.
