回複：what you will do in eviction if tenant moved out.

1. go to court. if tenant no show, you win automatically. ask judge for immediate possesion.

2. unless you have written note from tenant about moving, do not enter without sherrif aside. tenant may sue you for unauthorized entry and damage.

3.  even after winning in court, you may not able to collect judgement. find a local collection lawyer.

4. follow the rules. business is business, not charity.
