Your 毛利is net earning, not gross profit by GAAP definition.

A classic example of marketing classes: For a bottle of perfume selling at $50, cost of good $10, marketing $15, labor $5, rent/utilities $8, cost of unsold items $5, gross is 80%, net is 36%. (I didn' remember the exact numbers).
