有個朋友求職遭遇困難，大家有可以幫忙的嗎？

做數字電路設計的，有多年亞洲工作經驗。最近心血來潮，在美國讀了個MBA。出來就發現找不到工作了。在灣區找了很多朋友幫忙推薦，技術上，麵試結果都很好，但就是不見offer。總結一下有以下幾個原因：

1）有MBA，人家認為你不是一個安分的engineer。

2）是中國人。現在灣區公司裏麵印度人勢力特別大，千方百計和中國人作對。

3）沒有綠卡。公司嫌麻煩。
