有沒有找主觀原因？

如果一個公司要求綠卡，他們會事先篩選，絕對不會到了麵試後才發現。
俺的gut feeling，你的朋友找的都是客觀原因，不願意從主觀上找原因。也許俺大錯特錯。但俺也麵試過200來號人了，多少有點經驗。祝你的朋友早日找到工作！
