當心:有被指控貸款欺詐負刑責的風險。銀行現在不找你,將來被查的可能性也低,但這種追溯其蠻長的。幹嗎去為這提心吊膽的?也不知道有人嫉妒,仇家告發?LOL。我對刑責的風險容忍度(risk tolerance)是零。我現在的job是我最好的投資或財產來源。LOL

除非你能說服銀行放棄該條款。我曾讓賣家多住了幾月,合同是看房子 (house sitting)。我那時沒讀短售合同,不知有這規定。但總覺得不妥,就用了個“看房子”的合同。
