Thanks! Yes, 不值得. The only workaround

is to rent to somebody that is not totally related to see whether it can make it legally clean.

But the term says:

  The seller and the family members cannot "remain" in the property as renters.

So they have to be gone if you put the weight on "remain".

Will keep adding weight and convince the seller to move. Otherwise, we may have to drop the case at the end and let some risk taker to have it.
