Short Sale Seller繼續 續租的情況及後果

古石的一個房子，Seller 想變租客。

但 Short Sale Addendum 上明明講 Seller以及其Family Member 不能留在房子裏作為Renter。

大家也都簽字同意了。

但Seller實在是很nice的人家，應該也會是很好的租客。古石自己是沒有任何問題繼續續租的。

問題是 Short Sale Addendum上規定不可。怎麽辦？

古石也很想幫他們。但也不願意涉及任何的法律問題，以及以後的調查。

如果將來銀行知道了，會是什麽後果？會告fraud嗎？

如果租給其他人，那個人再Sublease給Seller，會有問題嗎？

這個是個標準的Short Sale Addendum Form。應該所有的都是這樣。

但看大家很少提及，很好奇大家都是怎麽處理的。
