幾年前我買一房子過戶前, SELLER同意換ROOF和A/C COMPRESSOR,總的COST在$8500,
OWNER拿不出這麽多CASH,可是房子的EQUITY很多,他可以拿回去7-8萬,征得ROOFING和
A/C 公司的同意,房頂和空調先修,PAYMENT在CLOSE時,由ESCROW OFFICER 從 FUND
TO SELLER 那扣掉,由ESCROW OFFICER直接付給ROOFING 和 AC公司。
