出師不利的新地主

舊房子賣不掉又不想降太多, 於是做了地主. 租客想把牆紙除掉重新漆. 我們同意了.不能得罪金主啊. 結果發現部分牆紙下麵都是黴斑. 這牆紙年紀不輕了. 已經聯係了保險公司來看. 過程中才發現我們還沒從住房保險轉成租房保險. 這地主當的! 哎, 這頭開的真不怎麽樣. 不知後麵還有什麽刀山火海妖魔鬼怪等著.
