1. Do you have better price in the local?

2. What is the best size for rental (Mine area is 1200 and rent well)

3. Do u play on rental income or appreciation?

4. Have the ciry require u to convert back the garage? (otherwise u can delay it)

5. Why SFH is 0 lot?

6. House areas are different.Be aware what condtion ur renter need. A reminder for starter: it is not your home, and do not need to be in the condition for u to live. (A lot of savings in repairing.) For me, in Amigo area, minimum is required, although conditions counts a bit.
