5. Why SFH is 0 lot?
6. House areas are different.Be aware what condtion ur renter need. A reminder for starter: it is not your home, and do not need to be in the condition for u to live. (A lot of savings in repairing.) For me, in Amigo area, minimum is required, although conditions counts a bit.
