請教這裏的老地主們和高手嗎，懇請大家幫助(thanks)

 

遇到這麽一種情況：要去買一個

short sale的房子，offer

已經被接受了。但是原來住著的人想買賣完成後租這個房子住。現在有幾個問題：

1)。如果要租給他，需要做什麽工作。check credit, walk through etc..?

2)。如果不租給他，有什麽不好的影響(對這個買賣)？在escrow close之前我們需要做些什麽？

要說明的是我們用了

dual agent.
