我也有當“地主”的想法了

女兒畢業要在波士頓租房子。我在想買房子（2-bedroom apartment)租給她。頭款從自己住的房子裏re-finance出來，還可以降點利息。本來想兩年還完貸款的，現在覺得利息低，就再借點也沒關係。refinance之後，每個月的mortgage應該比現在低，隻是時間延長一些，估計老爸老媽一個人有工作就可以頂下來。

 

好處是--租客是自己女兒，不用擔心租金。房子掛女兒名下，讓女兒自己貸款。女兒要是租出去一個bedroom，估計她自己的mortgage也差不多解決了。頭款不用還老爸老媽，以後弟弟上學後，她讚助點。8-12年後弟弟上大學，能double老爸老媽的頭款就可以了。這樣還可以拉近點姐弟關係。

 

老地主們，有什麽需要注意的地方？等女兒回來就和女兒討論可行性和她的意願。
