這個例子算是比較慘。

馬上停止付房貸， HOA， etc。

1）要求bank做loan modification。

2）modification不成的話，要求short sale。找個agent做short sale。

3）如果short sale不成。要求deed in liu。

4）如果deed in liu也不成，甩房子走人。
