回國了，我的房子怎麽辦？仍，賣，還是租？

06年買的condo，16萬，1200尺，2睡房，2.5廁所。現在要回國了，才發現鄰居在市場上掛著8萬都好幾個月了，鮮有人問津。

要出租的話900—1000很容易,不知道中介是否省心，畢竟人在國內。

小女子比較笨，也不知欠銀行多少錢現在，所以在想是不是扔給銀行更省心？月付800和管理費200就當租房了，賠了3萬多首付。在南卡。
