Mountain View, 不同的是交通，MV 有101高速穿過，有郊區火車直達舊金山和聖荷西；本市有穀歌、微軟、LinkedIn、等等幾百個大公司，原來還有航天公司等等。
因為是在矽穀中心地帶，無法擴展，所以人口變化很小，但是很年輕化。
上次有個黑人人口增加比例，說是奧克蘭的黑人逐漸往外移。記得Antioch 增加很多，不知Brendwood 是不是如此？最近電視上好幾次報道惡性crime，都是Antioch. 如果Brendwood 沒有受到這些移民影響，應該也還不錯啦。耐心等待房價上升吧，你不是說2020年再回來嘛。：）
