我作為一個房東遇到房客要醫療賠償怎麽辦？

有一個租賃客戶。經常遲給房租，從來不給late fee.

上個月，等了十二號，讓我去租的房子，給了500元現金，我給了她收據，離房租700還差200。按lease,她應該在1號前把money order寄到我的信箱，她說她寄了200的money order，但是我從來沒有收到。她又保證五月一號和五月房租一起給。

這個月一號，我給她text message,提醒。二號星期三，晚上10點，她給我電話，非常憤怒，說房子天花板掉下來了。我當時就開車去了，看了二樓浴缸下麵的水管破裂，水出來後落在一樓的天花板，是drop ceiling,很輕的，調下來一片2x4的，在地上和沙發上，當時女主人不在，她新交的男朋友也不在家，隻有她19歲的女兒在家，她女兒非常漂亮。都是黑人。我和她女兒一起把落下的drop ceiling打掃幹淨，因為沒有零部件，隻有第二天去買來才能修。

第二天星期四，我的contractor一大早就去修好了，隻收我34元錢。星期五，我短信給她，告訴她第五天，沒有房租，我就發5 day notice了，她不理。到了今天，她突然給我短信：

第一個短信，就一個字：No

接著是

My daughter is in hospital for headaches she is still having from when your ceiling falling on her head. Hospital Bill will come to your company hospital because hospital staff said due to she got hurt on your property not covered under my insurance. I was told to talk lawyer for farther. I will call lawyer to see whats the next step. U will get your rent but you worried about money not my child and how she is doing.

我給她回短信

I worried about you too, because I came to your place at the earliest time even before you saw what happening. I also have it fixed at the shortest time it could. I met your daughter she never told me she got hit, neither she's hurt. If you want to solve it through your lawyer, I can give me my attorney's contact information.

請問，我的回答有問題嗎？下一步，我該怎麽做。

事實是：她女兒沒有跟我說，被drop ceiling 砸到了，第二，drop ceiling 很軟，很輕，即使砸到，應該也沒有什麽大問題。

我懷疑，整個事件，可能就是他們特意製造的，為不付房租製造的。

包括她的女兒，我從來沒見過這個女兒，她媽很臭，肥得要死，有兩個女兒也見過，不好看，這個突然出現的女兒非常漂亮，看上去隻有14歲，但是胸部又發育的很好，人很苗條，但胸部和屁股很圓潤，飽滿，和她媽一點都不像。我問她多大了，怎麽以前沒見過。她說19歲了，在外地上大學。但是現在也不是假期啊，我感覺可能她是被用來特意勾引我的，好在我定力好，沒有任何表示。
