謝謝！星期一要過戶了，買方還沒搬家。我們說要星期日walk-though,

Sell agent says seller's wife will be sleeping there at our fanial walk-though.

Seller is a LAO MO who has a huge family and a ton of people living inside. They already asked bank to delay a month for closing. Then they asked us to rent back and we declined (Short sale Arm-Length issue). It appears that they still haven't got a place to move to after over a month.

I just don't know what will happen if they don't move out. If we don't settle, we will lose all the cost we paid for getting loan etc. Will we incur any other loss/penalty if we have to walk away?
