1. RV is a huge industry in northern Indiana, employs near 40% local workforce.
2. by reading the lease, I think this pizzahut is corporate own, or at least the lease was signed by corp.
3. pizza hut requested 4 assigned parking on store front, for delivery, which they have, they deliver to 1/3 of the city.
4. very few residential areas, some apartment complexes near by.
