1) The city has no good major business, RV manufactory is the main employer. Who is going to buy new RV these days?

2) The pizza store is perty old, if the franchisor request reno the whole store, the pizza owner (franchisee) will walk away. I don't think they make good money from this business.

3) parking is an issue to this building.

4) it locates in an industry area, do see resdential around. so no dinner customers.

How much is the current rental income at this building?
