新地主求教：出租房是不是應該拿掉garbage disposal？

兩個星期內發生兩次廚房sink被堵，叫了兩次plumber,好煩啊。昨天plumber還把pipe給鬧的leak,結果下星期要鑿牆修Pipe。簡而言之，房客放太多剩食進disposal,disposal很小，再加上pipe很久，結果sink總是被堵。是不是下次換房客時幹脆拿掉disposal,這樣房客隻好把剩食仍進垃圾，-- 這是好主意嘛？
