房子都哪去了？

在俺想投資的city，MLS幾天沒一個新lisitng。問俺的agent，她說好deal在上市前就被搶光了。這叫什麽buyer's market？！不過想想俺的自住房也是這麽得來的。俺手裏攥著鈔票沒地兒使啊，眼看著春暖花開的季節就要過去了，再往下即使買了房子，也誤了租房的黃金季節了。
