So, all the MLS listings are post screened ones?

I guess so for long time, since I knew lots of houses sold at very low price from zillow but i actually did not see them in the MLS. That proves my thoughts that you really need to be a real estate licencee or has a really "good" connection with them in order to get "good" deal.
