１，投資大。２，管理費高，３０％ 。３，如果自己管理，很花時間。４，夏天和節假日很好出租，平時差一點，但這不是問題。我研究過，幾個月或一年前夏天和節假日都已經出租好，這樣， 你已經開始賺錢了。其它大部分時間也會租出去 by promotion and discount.

Beach house rental is my first consideration for my investment several years ago. My friend has a condo near the beach for vacation rental. Another thing is 1) HOA may increase if your unit is for vacation rental 2) I believe some cities have special regulation and tax for beach house rental.

But overall it will be very good investment.

Recession is over for San Diego. San Diego projects a surplus of 16.5 million over the approved budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2012 (City press release Feb. 23, 2012). Several years ago, San Diego considered for bankruptcy for huge deficit. I heard 50 thousand high-tech jobs cannot be filled in San Diego from a friend two weeks ago. CEO of my company told us at yesterday’s company BBQ party; one big company is planning to invest millions in our small company. If the deal is done in a month or two, 150 people will be hired in next few months, and another 200 people will be hired in next year.

San Diego is one of the best tourist destinations, hosted 30 million visitors in 2009. San Diego is the 8^th largest city in the US. Population is 1.3 millions in 2010 and still growing.
