房客交的一個月的deposit也算出租房收入嗎? 將來是要歸還的.

從TurboTax上來看, 好象是應該算成出租房收入的, 請幫忙確認一下, 謝謝!

聽說大多數地主都能把Net profit算成負數. 我把房客交的一個月的deposit也算出租房收入,結果Net profit是正的.是不是大家都不把deposit算成收入的?
