TurboTax是這樣解釋的:

Examples Include:

    - Rent paid by your tenants

    - Security deposit that you keep

    - Repairs made by your tenants in exchange for lower rent

    - Personal goods and services exchanged for lower rent 

是不是暫時要算,等將來退還 deposit時, 再從當年的rental income中減去? 也許這裏的security deposit不是我們通常說的one month deposit? 謝謝!
