我看你寫的笑噴了。architect的任務就是與人argue啊？還是單純寫code來得輕鬆愉快。不過architect的工資高。以後調動還是麻煩了。每個公司用的平台啊技術啊都不同。
a few years ago, I became so-call architecture
coding work was done by people in India/China. The task for architecture was to design, but actually it was arguing around, challenged by people who knew nothing about the system. Because they knew nothing, in order to show their value to the project, they often raised stupid questions.
In 2004, we only had 3 people, took care one release, achieved zero production defect. We discussed issues and solutions by standing in our cubicle. In 2007, there were more than 10 people took equivalent work load. As we had had 2004 experience, it was supposed that it would need less time to do 2007 one. Too bad, it was not the case. Tons of production defects after release. No fun at all!!
