最好成立一個新的LLC，HOLD共同出資的房

因為有合夥人的參與，最好成立一個新的LLC，製定完善的進出分成協議，HOLD共同出資的房，把個人資產和入股資產分開，也是一種風險防範的辦法。

做軟件設計，最根本的是DECOUPLING，把不同性質的東西分開，越小越好，以後的維護和管理，相互的影響越小，是最佳的方案。其中有費用問題，平衡這兩者的得失是商業運作的必須條件之一。
