假如LLC 有 100 股,有3個房子,分別折舊了3,5,15年。現一投資者B加入,增發30股,買入一房。3年以後,4個房折舊年數是6,8,18,3.如果這時投資者B向其他股東售出(價錢由他們自己協商決定)那30股,CapitalGain怎麽算,對房子的折舊有無影響。
