I have a Sex Offender tenant.

over the years, I had encounter a few sex offenders, and currently, I have one as a tenant.

they are human, yes they make a mistake, 10, 20 years ago, but like all others, they deserve an other chance.

1. first one, is actually a ABC chinese, handsome(unlike me), smart(unlike me), at 18 dated a 15, you know the rest of story, spend 2 years in jail, life time registry, now live in CA, work as a IT consultant..

2. my tenant, sponsored by a local church. he said when he was 30, party sex with a 15 year old, spend 10 years in jail, got on parole, got a DUI, went right back to jail 6 more year. but he said the last 6 years, he finally learn the lesson, got 3 BS degrees on social service from Purdue extension, a culinary art degree, and a seminary degree with a local Christian college, he was on local and national newspaper 5 times for his accomplishment, but his background, limited him on job search..

what I am try to said here is, do your own search, make sure you know and understand the tenant, before you make a conclusion.
