看好一個投資房。突然發現對門住著個Sex Offender，

在這種情況下，大家怎麽考慮？ Deal是不錯的。

從來沒見過Sex Offender長的什麽模樣，感覺很難過的。要是不知道就好了。

這對出租有影響嗎？
