那我們東灣BERKELEY附近也算彎曲吧，ＲＩＣＨＭＯＮＤ什麽的房子有不少啊，都少於２０萬啊，　中國人也在買啊，但是租出去很有回報的，大部分是勞模區，又有ＢＡＲＴ，　趕緊到這邊買啊。
