你不能吃了蛋糕手上還想拿著蛋糕。

有份W-2的job，是要交稅。可是畢竟也是一份有頭有臉有保障的工作。如果不想交稅，可以啊，quit job，專職做地主，交稅是少多了，象老地主一樣，可是能抵得上少掉的那份W-2的income？恐怕不容易吧？再說還有福利獎金股權等等。而且開弓沒有回頭箭，辭職做地主容易，賣房子再去找工作就沒那麽容易了。
