despite no having a PhD in EECS from Berkeley or Stanford. It stimulates my brain.
To me, going to work is like getting out of my house and do a little exercise. Every month, I collect my bonus check on the OE day, big or small. It allows me to brush off BS such as promotion, raise, RSUs etc. I have many friends at work. Instead of competing with each other like a crazy rat race, I happily let my peers get ahead. And I'm happy to pay extra capital gain tax for a lifestyle like this.
